我们的属灵导师—乳养的父亲
龟山召会
林冬生弟兄、林孙玉珊姊妹
我结婚后在龟山再次被主复兴，火热爱主，起来服事召会，却因幼嫩什么也不会。主差遣刘弟兄来到我们中间。他嘱咐我们要读几本书：《正常的基督徒生活》、《召会的事务》、《长老治会》、《工作的再思》、《主工人的性格》，给我们基本的认识；在实行上他也一路陪伴我们，常为着事奉和我们交通到半夜。那时我们还年轻，可是他已是六十多岁的年长弟兄了。
因着他的成全，在属灵上我有很大的突破，在不可能的情况下，在职的我报名参加了美国德州欧文职事站（完工后第一次启用）的冬季训练。那一次的参训及访问召会，让我真正蒙开启，看见了基督身体的实际，这大大加强了我，使我回来后过召会生活，脱离虚妄的生活方式，在召会中合式的尽功用。
那时候龟山的圣徒，从原初十几位，逐渐增加到五、六十位，几乎周周传福音，甚至出福音队，人手一鼓，敲得震天价响，士气如虹。叩门传福音时，刘弟兄与我们一同配搭，不仅爬山，还上下没有电梯的五楼公寓，一栋又一栋，他没说累，我们年轻的也不敢歇息喊累。那时受浸的果子，现在还在召会中服事。他是这样的与我们同生活、同行动、同争战，他实在是在每一面来成全我们：服事人、治理事、治理召会，总是细细的传输，慢慢的教导。
我有属灵难处也私下找他交通，他常用主的话使我得开启。主的话活而有功效，不到一会儿工夫，我就过关了，感谢主！在生命长大的过程中，有他陪着我走过好长的一段路。他就是我可以信托的榜样：善于教导，乐于供应生命。他把我们从浑沌无知，带到能背负一点主的见证。谢谢您，刘弟兄，我们一生都要跟随您信心的脚踪往前去。
