一位有高超美德之主的工人
一九八九年三月，李常受弟兄在臺北帶領全時間訓練，說到一個事奉主者的人格。張王帥信姊妹實乃此等工人；在人性中，借著神性，活出了高超的美德，有超凡的愛，極廣的寬恕，無上的信實，盡致的卑微，絕頂的純潔，至聖至義，光明正大。
超凡的愛—她向主、向召會、向她的丈夫、向她的同工、向每一個經過她的人，她所奉獻、所給予、所付出的都是超凡的。她一生只掛念主和祂召會並聖徒的需要；她的奉獻是完全的。
極廣的寬恕—她心胸寬大，不計算人的惡，在召會數次的風波中，與張湘澤弟兄站在一起，以無限的體諒，挽回許多岔出去的人；以真理和生命，穩固許多搖擺的人。
無上的信實—她不僅向主忠信，她向著她的配搭、她的同工，向著主恢復中這分話語的職事，也是忠信的。
盡致的卑微—她自幼絕頂聰明又智慧，滿有膽識又勇敢，卻在得救後作了一個卑微的人；在弟兄們遮蓋下服事，她親手作工，陪在張弟兄身邊，服事了他們那一代的人，也服事了我們這一代的人，更服事了下一代的人。
絕頂的純潔—她不僅潔，並且純。用清潔的心事奉神，服事人；單一純潔，無論環境如何，不怨神不尤人。
至聖至義—至聖是對神，至義是對人。她向著神，是一個馨香的祭物。她向著人，滿了慈憐；因著自幼喪母，即負起照顧弟妹的責任；服事主後，更以柔細全備的餧養、顧惜主的小羊，照顧主的工人。
光明正大—她一生在光中生活行事，光明磊落，坦坦蕩蕩，照真理而行，並且活出真理，在清明的靈裡，尊貴的活出神人的實際。
感念她的一生，主不僅將她作成一個恩賜，賜給祂的召會，使眾聖徒受益；主也將她作成一個榜樣，使眾聖徒可以跟隨。並且，這樣的恩賜和榜樣，更成了眾聖徒的鼓勵，使我們可以放膽往前。
