一位有高超美德之主的工人
一九八九年三月，李常受弟兄在台北带领全时间训练，说到一个事奉主者的人格。张王帅信姊妹实乃此等工人；在人性中，借着神性，活出了高超的美德，有超凡的爱，极广的宽恕，无上的信实，尽致的卑微，绝顶的纯洁，至圣至义，光明正大。
超凡的爱—她向主、向召会、向她的丈夫、向她的同工、向每一个经过她的人，她所奉献、所给予、所付出的都是超凡的。她一生只挂念主和祂召会并圣徒的需要；她的奉献是完全的。
极广的宽恕—她心胸宽大，不计算人的恶，在召会数次的风波中，与张湘泽弟兄站在一起，以无限的体谅，挽回许多岔出去的人；以真理和生命，稳固许多摇摆的人。
无上的信实—她不仅向主忠信，她向着她的配搭、她的同工，向着主恢复中这分话语的职事，也是忠信的。
尽致的卑微—她自幼绝顶聪明又智慧，满有胆识又勇敢，却在得救后作了一个卑微的人；在弟兄们遮盖下服事，她亲手作工，陪在张弟兄身边，服事了他们那一代的人，也服事了我们这一代的人，更服事了下一代的人。
绝顶的纯洁—她不仅洁，并且纯。用清洁的心事奉神，服事人；单一纯洁，无论环境如何，不怨神不尤人。
至圣至义—至圣是对神，至义是对人。她向着神，是一个馨香的祭物。她向着人，满了慈怜；因着自幼丧母，即负起照顾弟妹的责任；服事主后，更以柔细全备的喂养、顾惜主的小羊，照顾主的工人。
光明正大—她一生在光中生活行事，光明磊落，坦坦荡荡，照真理而行，并且活出真理，在清明的灵里，尊贵的活出神人的实际。
感念她的一生，主不仅将她作成一个恩赐，赐给祂的召会，使众圣徒受益；主也将她作成一个榜样，使众圣徒可以跟随。并且，这样的恩赐和榜样，更成了众圣徒的鼓励，使我们可以放胆往前。
